LEAD TIMES

Our standard approximate production lead time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation. We make to order, (items are not sitting around in a warehouse).
For custom orders or large quantities, please allow up to 6 weeks.
Rush orders may be available upon request.

SHIPPING REGIONS

We currently ship across Australia, Asia, the USA & Europe. For delivery outside these areas, reach out, we’ll do our best to make it happen.

CUSTOM ORDERS

YES, we offer customisation!

Whether it's a bespoke location patch, branded collaboration, event specific colour way, or adding your logo to the hat, we love working on special projects. Minimum order quantities apply.

PAYMENT TERMS

New Accounts: 100% payment upfront at time of order.

Approved Stockists: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due prior to dispatch.

Custom Orders: Full payment prior to production.

Payments accepted via bank transfer & credit card* *Credit card fees apply

RETURNS

As all orders are made to order and often customised, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We’ll happily replace or rectify any item that is faulty or damaged in transit. Claims must be made in writing (email us) within 7 days of delivery, with photo evidence provided.
